Revision Policy:

We offer Unlimited Free Revisions for minor adjustments to ensure the design runs perfectly on your machines.

7-Day Money Back Guarantee:

If we are unable to meet your specifications after revisions, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

Cancellation Policy:

Digital Orders: You may cancel an order within 1 hour of submission. Once our digitizers begin the work (usually within 2 hours), the order cannot be canceled.

Physical Orders (Patches): Orders for physical products cannot be canceled once the production/sampling phase has begun.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Policy:

All digital files (DST, PES, EXP, etc.) are delivered via email or account download.

Physical products (patches) are shipped via reliable couriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

Shipping costs for physical items are calculated at checkout.
