PVC rubber patches are 2D or 3D emblems molded from liquid PVC rubber poured into a custom steel mold, rather than stitched or printed onto fabric. The result is a flexible, dimensional patch with raised detail, sharp edges, and sealed-in color.
How are custom PVC rubber patches made?
Custom PVC rubber patches are crafted by pouring liquid rubber into a custom-cut mold based on your approved design, then curing it to lock in shape and color. Each patch is finished with your choice of glossy or matte texture and backing before it goes through inspection and ships.
Do you create PVC morale patches?
Absolutely! You can wash your PVC rubber patches by swiping a soft, damp cloth dipped in lukewarm water and mild soap across the surface. Gently rub where dirt, dust, or grease accumulates, rinse, and let it air dry before re-using. You can also machine wash PVC patches but remember to turn them inside out and pack them in a mesh bag before using a cold, gentle water cycle.
