Services Offered:

The Embroider provides custom embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and custom patch design. All orders placed through our website, email, or customer portal constitute a binding legal agreement.

Ordering & Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution artwork and clear instructions (size, garment type, thread colors). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or vague information provided by the customer.

Ownership & Copyrights:

You represent that you own the rights to any artwork you submit. The Embroider retains ownership of the website content (text, design, images). You are granted a non-transferable license to use the digitized files we create for you.

Credit Card Authorization:

For new accounts, we may perform a $1 temporary authorization to validate your payment method. This is not a charge and will disappear from your statement within one billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability:

While we strive for 100% accuracy and rapid turnaround (4–8 hours), The Embroider is not responsible for any consequential losses or damages arising from delays, machine malfunctions, or minor design variations.

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
