Iron-on backing is one of the most popular choices for custom patches. A heat-activated adhesive is applied to the back of the patch, allowing it to bond directly to fabric using a heat press or household iron. This option is ideal for jackets, jeans, bags, and apparel where quick installation is important. It provides a clean appearance and eliminates the need for sewing while still delivering reliable performance for everyday use.
