Once the size, fabric layers, stitching, and backing are finalized, production begins to create bold textures, clean details, and a premium handcrafted finish.

Embroidered patches are built entirely from stitched thread, while applique patches use
actual fabric layered onto a base and secured with stitching around the edge. Applique tends to work better for bold letters and larger shapes, and the two techniques are often combined in a single design, applique for the main shape and embroidery for fine detail.
The best backing depends on how you'll use the patch. Iron-on works well for casual
