Each design counts as a separate item. So, if you want 50 of one design and 50 of another, it would be priced as 100 separate items.
A merrowed edge is that raised border you often see on traditional patches, like those on scout uniforms. It works best for simple shapes like circles, squares, triangles, ovals, etc.
We default to an iron-on backing, but we can also do other types like velcro. Just tell us what you need, and we'll figure out if it's possible.
Woven patches hold the most detail, but they're thinner. 100% embroidered patches hold less detail but are denser and heavier.
Once we've sorted out the order details and invoice, we'll submit the order. Within 5-7 days, you'll get a hard sample of the patch to review. If it's approved, we usually ship them out within 7-10 days. If revisions are needed, we'll keep making new samples until you're happy.
We often use a 3.25" x 4.5" patch card size, and we have some retail hole hang bags available if you need them retail-ready. We can customize the card size to fit your needs.
