What is embroidery digitizing, and why do I need it?
Embroidery digitizing converts your artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read and execute. Without a professionally digitized file, you get thread breaks, puckering, and poor stitch coverage. A properly digitized file runs clean on the first attempt, every time.
What is vector art conversion, and when do I need it?
Vector art conversion redraws raster images into clean, scalable files that reproduce perfectly at any size. You need it any time you’re printing, embroidering, screen printing, engraving, or applying a design to signage. We deliver in EPS, AI, SVG, and PDF, ready for any production method.
What types of custom patches do you produce?
We produce embroidered, woven, PVC, chenille, leather, and more patches in any size, shape, and backing, such as iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, or adhesive. Every order includes digitizing, manufacturing, and worldwide delivery, with a proof sent before production begins.
What file formats do you support?
We deliver in DST, PES, JEF, EMB, EXP, HUS, VIP, VP3, XXX, and 15+ additional formats, compatible with major machine brands, such as Tajima, Brother, Barudan, Janome, and Pfaff. Not sure which format you need? Send us your machine brand, and we’ll handle the rest.
Do I own the files after my order?
Yes! Every file we deliver is 100% yours. Stitch files, vector source files, logo assets, and brand identity files are delivered in full with no licensing fees, no ongoing charges, and no restrictions on how you use them.
