Pricing & Payment
1. How Pricing Works
Standard services such as digitizing, vector conversion, and DTF printing are priced per design based on size and complexity, as shown on our website. Patches, logo design, branding, and web development packages are priced by tier or quoted individually based on your project scope. Every quote reflects the full cost of your order; no hidden fees or surprise charges are added.
2. When Payment Is Collected
We don’t charge you upfront. For digitizing, vector, and logo work, we produce your file or design first and send it to you for review. Payment is only collected once you’ve approved the result and are ready to receive your final files.
For custom patches and DTF printing, we’ll confirm your design and specifications with a proof before production, and collect payment once you’ve approved that proof and we’re ready to move into production.
For web design, development, and branding projects, work moves forward stage by stage. You approve each stage before we proceed, and payment is collected as agreed stages are completed and approved.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details on our systems.
4. Currency and Price Changes
All prices on our website are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, but any change will not affect a quote you’ve already received or an order already in progress.
5. Revisions and Additional Charges
Minor edits, such as resizing, color adjustments, and small format changes, are free and unlimited, and don’t affect the price you’ve already been quoted. If a request changes the scope of the original design or project significantly, we’ll let you know before doing the work and quote it as an additional charge, so there are no surprises when payment is due.
6. Rush Orders
If you need a design or project completed faster than our standard turnaround, a rush fee may apply. We’ll always confirm this with you and get your approval before starting a rush order.
7. Web Design, Development, and Branding Projects
These projects are billed at the end of each approved stage rather than as one lump sum. This keeps payment tied directly to work you’ve reviewed and signed off on, so you’re never paying for something you haven’t seen.
